My boss is pressurizing me to find another 2 ppl for me to teach

But I dun wan later end up I chase after them and I can't do my work also :(

And my boss wants only local Singaporeans

But most local Singaporeans dun wanna work in a small company and they want an easy job

How?

Actually, the winter beater's on its last gasp. I bought it new in 1995, and cars generally don't last long with the sand and salt used on the roads here in winter.

If all goes according to plan, I'll be junking the existing winter beater later this year, getting an '09 Nissan Altima Coupe as my new summer vehicle, and relegating my existing summer car (an '02 Sentra SE-R) to winter beater duty.

thought you said nissans don't resist rust as well as the other brands ? .. i personally find north american nissans to have "north american" steering ..... not sure about the newer crops though ...

I feel your pain.

Even people employed to do sai kang often do a piss poor job because they feel the job is beneath them. I'm like.....then you jolly well quit and go study or something. And don't expect to be given opportunities for higher level work when you can't even demonstrate that you can do the simple stuff.

now isn't that smart ? .... we pay for a foreigner, with no emotional roots nor connections to Singapore ... ship him to an ivy leaguer, pay for everything, give him the exposure and western experience .... and expect him to happily come back here to serve ... us ? ....

this one is a long term problem child that we're stuck with. talks and complains all the time, keeps telling people from other departments how capable she is, sabos her own boss etc..but can't work for nuts. its so hard to get good help. unfortunately we're not in the private sector or she'd have been given her marching orders long ago!

another example: she's supposed to turn on all the office equipment and ensure printers have paper, change toner cartridges etc and shut down everything at the end of the day. end up we do most of it ourselves becauses is a lot faster plus, she goes home on the dot. she's the kind that will insist on being given time off for every minute past 6pm she has to stay.
